Our ceremony will take place on December 4, 2026, at 8:00 AM in the Italy Pavilion at EPCOT, Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Yes. There will be a scheduled interval between the morning ceremony and the evening reception—guests are welcome to enjoy the day at their leisure and rejoin us for the evening celebration. You do not need a ticket to enter EPCOT for the ceremony or reception, but you will need a valid park ticket or pass to remain in or re-enter the park during the daytime interval between events.

We kindly request formal/semi-formal attire for the morning ceremony. For the evening reception, guests may remain in their ceremony attire or change into cocktail/semi-formal attire if preferred.

Following the morning ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy the day at their leisure—explore the parks, relax, or return to your accommodations—and rejoin us for the evening festivities beginning at 8:00 PM.

Transportation to and from the ceremony and reception will be provided for guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort within our designated room block. Guests not staying on Disney property will receive detailed transportation instructions closer to the wedding date.

For guests traveling from out of town, we recommend accommodations within Walt Disney World Resort for convenience and ease of transportation. Our room blocks link is provided — guests may book as many or as few nights as they prefer.

Buffet-style dinner will be served during the reception, followed by dessert. Bar service will be available throughout the reception.

Due to venue capacity and park guidelines, attendance is limited to those individuals formally named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
